RTT welcomes universities, researchers, and conservation professionals interested in conducting independent research within our conservation landscapes. With access to unique ecosystems, wildlife populations, and elephant welfare initiatives, RTT provides opportunities for approved research projects that contribute to scientific understanding and conservation outcomes in Nepal.
Research proposals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved where they align with RTT’s conservation values and operational priorities. Researchers are responsible for designing and conducting their own studies, while RTT may facilitate site access, logistical coordination, and connections with local experts when appropriate.
